The war of The twin effect has been long over. We all knew that the sisters won that battle and how they finally defeated Darth Iron head in the deciding duel.

Let us look back on how this even begins. When the sisters are young, before their father turned Darth, the family have been training them on their martial art skills from young. In the land of Toy'r'us, the girls need to be able to defend themselves.
Here's Warrior princess Alethea showing off her fight stance when she's a baby:
They taught them the palm fighting skills (on water),
And the Hulk punches,
Swordplays,
Even "Qi" was being practised.
All these because they want them to be able to lead the kingdom and defeat the toughest of them all.
By now we are all very happy to say that they have trained them well. Below is how much they have improved.

As a result, since age 3, Adelicia has been successful against small useless lions.
And Alethea is even better, at age 1, she is already defeating T-rexes.
The future looks bright for as long as the sisters rule the land.
